If you have a family and are interested in a recreation center that is very reasonably priced and very close, the Berkley Park AKA Scheitler Recreation center, offers full service for almost nothing for kids.  For a 3 month membership ages 2-17, non resident is $15.00, 6 monthis $30 etc., age 18-64 is $50 for 3 months, seniors are  $22.50
