Whoa! The guy is a City Manager, not a demi-god. He is hired not elected to manage the day to day functions of the City. I want Council people whom represent me, to direct the Manager. All to often way to much power is given the City Manager and the results are always less than desirable. Lakewood, Commerce City and the list goes on where managers have abused their power. I'm all for a City Manager but within reason.
As far as out cadidates? Martin & McCloskey. The rest will do a good job but I only voted for three. |

Someone said to me that if you definitely don't want two candidates to win, then you need to vote for the other 5 , otherwise you are giving the other two candidates one more vote, simply because their total gain over another candidate is less. Makes sense.
So, if you definitely don't want 2 in, then vote for 5. |
