Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing is to be held by the Edgewater Planning and Zoning Commission to consider a request for approval of an SDP for a 1,120 square foot addition to the existing dwelling at 2286 Harlan Street.
Description: The Owner of the property wishes to add a two-story addition to the rear of the existing house.
Owner: Angela Baca for Pamela Kettlehut
Legal Description: Lots 3 and 4, Block 87, Edgewater Subdivision
Said Hearing will be held on Wednesday, February 11, 2009 at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 2401 Sheridan Blvd., Edgewater, Colorado, when and where all interested parties may appear and be heard.

Just a guess but...Maybe it was so “..all interested parties may appear”. Why does this thought seem to offend you?
I applaud people willing and able to invest in our community. It might be nice if they got a little support once and awhile. A Thank You would be neighborly.

Ouch!Whoa, hold on! All I was asking is if there was a particular reason or issue that would lead you to post a SDP on the Stick. I don't know much about the process really and was sincere in asking. I didn't mean to offend you. Honest.

SDP hearingCall me dumb but what is an SDP hearing. I can understand that the owner wants to change the house but what does SDP stand for? Anyone??? Thanks.

For larger development projects this is a public review process to help insure that local codes are complied with. It is also a chance for public concerns/comments to be addressed.
