Negative?So, I hear that the 'stick has become a pretty negative place lately (I haven't helped!). In the effort to help balance this out, wouldn't it be nice to hear a few good things about Edgewater on here?
If you're reading this, I hope you'll add a favorable story of your own. If you've got vitriol, start another thread.
-Summer, 2007: motorcycle accident, broke my leg, stuck in crutches. Dumped the neighbor to the south off the back of the bike, and mercifully took the front end of the car myself.
Those folks showed up and stuck with me through 5 hours in the emergency room, with a leg looking like a drenched pretzel, until a helpful little chemical cocktail finally knocked me out after x-rays. I came home, and they'd cleaned up the yard (and my house). Dishes and all. They took turns mowing the yard all Summer because it was obvious I couldn't. I never asked for help, and, frankly, I wouldn't have dared. They just knew. Meanwhile, I've got to say, those folks mixed some WICKED cocktails that made being on one leg so much fun. More about percocet and alcohol later...
