More tagging on top of KS

The tagging is really brazen, it can be seen for blocks, right on top of the building. How could they get up there? I wonder if they can get inside too.

They climb like little monkeys.  I hope Mr. Stalf shelves the ice ranch project when they can't get financing and turns the area into an outdoor music center with resturants and bars that we can all enjoy.

Speaking of the Ice Ranch.....

I found out the other day that they have not paid property taxes . Nearly $70,000 a year. They are collecting over $100,000 in revenue from the property??? Is this all correct??? Also since it was deeded to them is it true the property could go to a tax sale for unpaid taxes and the land could be purchased by someone else??? Really dont know the answers??? If you want to check go to the jeffco web page and use 208428 as the schedule number in the assesors or treasurers link.

I'm telling you, we need a welfare office down there.  Maybe even a Crisis Center and drug rehab clinic.  Why we need a City Manager I don't know.  B McNulty had us on the right path and we just shut her down.  That was wrong.  Look at all the poor dysfunctional students at Jefferson High.  Don't they deserve a place to go after school?  What about all the poor abused animals in our City?  Don't they deserve a shelter?   We could solve all of these problems and more, right there at 20th & Depew.  Don't blame the poor misguided artist for tagging the building.  Give them a chance to express themselves.  They could paint inspirational murals on the new food bank building.   We can do this Edgewater, all it takes is a little community activism.

And what do any of the previous posts have to do with the city council giving away  a 3 million$ piece of land plus giving the new owner $100,000 a year plus, in revenue for free. And then the land can go to a delinquent tax sale???? I really don't understand.... Does anyone have answers to these questions ?????

WOW, your a tax collector and and real estate appraiser. I don't typically like to get into this type of banter however, I can not resist.  So, are you telling me that you are close friends with the Ice Ranch guys and they bragged to you what a sweet deal they made and are pocketing 100K a year.  And you are claiming the property at 20th and Depew to be worth $3,000,000.00.
If the "tax collector" was an appraiser then he would be in violation of several State laws.  Let's start with Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct.  When you are a tax collector and an appraiser You better not throw three million around like that, cause if its worth 2.9 or 3.05 you certaily messed up with your assessment.

PS. Note(s) to Guest, Your post is...so noted but, The Farmer will not call on the the City Manager for every little thing about everything...He certainly has something to do.
If not, I have plenty unpicked corn, chickens, beautiful pigs, and a new arrival of monkeys?  Guess that explains the shipment of bananas?
