Come on loan, come on loan! I want to see frozen cows on ice skates in Edgewater. I want to see Mustangs playing hockey, I want an Ice Ranch! Chickens doing figure skating (sounds like me), and pigs curling in the corner. I want to see bumpkins in the spash park and putters on the green.
COME ON LOAN! We can do this. How about some bail in money vs bail out money. Let's spread the ice.

Just in case you missed it, the agreement with the Ice Ranch has been amended and the time to get rolling extended with all the proper documents to keep us from losing revenues in the meantime.

Council just approved an extension on their contract. Essentially it extends the start date. This was necessary because when the big banks took a nose dive, everybody with a pending loan went with them. But the ice guys are working their tales off to move the project along. They put a lot of money into it already and aren't likely to just let it drop.
