Not so quick.

There's a natonal crisis

The ice ranch is not out.
In case some of you haven't heard, there is a national banking crisis and the banks are not lending money. Period. No matter how good the plan. No matter how good the credit. They just aren't doing it. This has been coming on for several months, but most people are just now hearing about it because it involves their taxes.
We need to do exactly what every one is doing and wait for the banks to get back on track.
