Grant Writer Quits!

I guess it's official, the city's grant writer quit.  

Maybe there is honor in this world.  He did a really bad job advising and asisting the city and promised Council at one point "If this advice I am giving you is wrong, fire me."  Well, he defintely gave very wrong advice on the grant application to the State Histerical Fund for the H-bomb project.  The mayor didn't fire him, so he quit.  Good man.  Honorable.  Hari kari is no shame.

Question: will Bonnie run out of friends and force the city to actually advertise the position and hire competent qualified professionals?
