congrats to tex edge on his recent appointment to council.

I've known Tex for a long time, he will be a positive and refreshing voice on Council during our transitional period and, we are still in transition and probably will be for some time.  Congratulations to my friend.  You might consider a run for office in November but this is a good test drive to be certain.
