Building for sale

The church is for sale at 22nd and pierce.  Good location and parking for city offices.  Why not sell city owned property at 25th and gray to offset the balance.  Finance the remainder and probably pay the same as we do now for rent on the police station.  It's substantially cheaper than the plumbing building we were considering and much more land.  It would be a smart investment at a great time to buy.  It might seem hard but will be worth it in future years,  It will never be cheaper than now.

IT WOULD BE WISE TO PURCHASE THE PROPERTY SINCE WE ARE SO LIMITED IN SPACE.

It would free up existing property that could be used to put in addiional business on the 25th corridor.  This is why we need a manager to make decisions that benefit us as a whole.
