The Ice Ranch is behind on thier property taxes. No Financing in site. Building tagged and lot crumbling. Where do we go from here?

I think that this myth was dispelled at council last night.
Come on people. If you are going to post shi* like this, please get your facts straight - or at least post where you are getting your information so it can be followed.
The attorney spent about 15 minutes explaining what is going on with the Ice Ranch, the deal, the property, the taxes, etc....
He left nothing to speculation.

To help those who weren’t there, it was confirmed that over $29,000.00 of property taxes were paid to Jefferson County before the April 28th deadline. By the way, JeffCo is months, and months behind on their website postings. And the Revenue/Expense reports that the Ice Ranch is contractually required to submit to the city shows that the Expenses on the property (including the PropTax, which is part of the agreement) exceeded Revenues by more than $12,000.00. The Ice Ranch is required to return to the city any Revenues that exceed their Expenses. As you can see, they are paying their taxes, and they are not making any money by owning the property.

According to the Jeffco Treasurers Office the web postings are not behind. I guess the Treasurers Office is Lying.....

You want the truth??? You cant handle the truth.... (Go Jack) Just type in Ice Ranch and tell me that taxes have been paid. Remember Luke was given the land ($3 Million) If you cant figure out the truth from the Secretary of States records. Can you spell non-compliance of a LLC.

So then, are you are saying the City Attorney is a liar? Would you care to post these accusations under your real name? In other words, I'm calling you out. Give me the links to the SOS record on the Ice Ranch LLC where you are getting your information. These are some serious and possibly libelous allegations.

Calling moi out???? Learn how to search public records mon chat....Take this number. 97940-68810-001. Thats the schedule for the ice ranch in littleton. Go to the Arapahoe county website and check property taxes. GUESS What???? No taxes paid for last year???Even though the web site says updated two days ago. Must be another incompetent treasurer not keeping its website current.... The secretary of states website says the filing papers for this location have not been filed and are three months overdue. Which makes it a non compliant organization. Another incompetent public servant????? But Gee I'm sorry . There is no proof that taxes are being paid in two counties. I just didnt realize how incompetent our treasurers are in this state or our secretary of state....
