City Council will be discussing the implementation of our new Charter on Thursday August 28th.  A keynote speaker will be ICMAs (International City Manager Association) Range Rider, Al Thelen.  I applaud the City Council for bringing ICMA into the picture and I am quite sure any contribution Al Thelen offers will be well recieved.
Things are lookin up!
