Well, maybe the notice was a bit over board, but surely you know what we mean.  I know, don't call me surely!  
However, it is important that we all post without using anyone's name or organization.  Just aint cool to do.    

Be angry or funny or political or informative, but do it under your own disguise not someone else's  real name, etc.
